Welcome alumni women of The Deepening Weekend and Captivating!
The Deepening Weekend Guide Team invites you into the unique opportunity to create the environment for the hearts of women at The Deepening Weekend on the following teams: the Medics, I-Team, Outpost, and Registration. Each conference team member will have a primary role and will be offered a code to register with a discount, so please wait to register if the discount is important to you.

Outpost Team
The Outpost Team is an opportunity to care for women through brief conversations during/around mealtimes, connecting hearts with the books, audio/video resources, jewelry, and apparel for their journey with God. Requires Thursday 1:30PM arrival for meeting, set up and training, plus two Zoom gatherings in the weeks leading up to the weekend, including a short medic training.
Registration Team
You set the table for the weekend, helping women experience being seen, known, and expected, helping them settle into the weekend. This role includes setting up, warmly greeting women, helping them shake the road dust from their boots (so to speak), checking the women in, and providing materials, housing assignments, and instructions for their entry into the weekend. Requires Thursday 1:30PM arrival, set up and training, plus two Zoom gatherings in the weeks leading up to the weekend, including a short medic training.
Medic Team
Team members meet with/listen to and pray with women who request additional encouragement during free time on Friday or Saturday. Most medics have two assigned appointments during the weekend. Requires that you have attended The Deepening Weekend, Deeper Still, or Captivating/Captivating Advance, have a sincere desire to listen to and engage in a woman's story and help her hear from God; and Thursday 1:30PM arrival, attendance on two Zoom gatherings in the weeks leading up the weekend.
I-Team
This team knows how to wield its swords! Members begin meeting months before the event (via zoom) to begin praying over every aspect of the event. They continue to pray at the event over each room, chair, bed, and talk throughout the entire weekend. Requires that you have attended The Deepening Weekend or Deeper Still, eight weekly Zoom gatherings, and Wednesday 6PM arrival. ITeam will be housed together.
Camp Doc
Are you a doctor, physician's assistant, nurse, or EMT? We'd love to have you on the team to respond to medical situations that may arise during the weekend- primarily first aid and discerning when to refer to local medical facilities. Requires Thursday 4PM arrival.
