Why are you interested in pursuing this initiative? I am a former Promise Keeper and retired USAF/DHS-TSA/FEMA.I drifted away before they scaled back. I have been seeking an organization that lines with my core beliefs and values. I purchased Michael Thompson's book "The Heart of a Warrior" about 3 years ago. I am involved with my church's men ministries.
Tell us about your family: I am a Capricorn and like walks on the beach and reading books. Oh sorry! wrong site.
I became a believer during the early 60s. Right at the start of the Jesus movement, I was very active in my church's youth ministries.
I was a member of Campus Crusader for Christ.
I also belong to the Christian Athletes.
When I graduated highschool, I joined the Air Force and lost my support group. I drifted away. When I retired from the military, I got back in touch with a local church that had a dynamic men's group and because a Promise Keeper.
When I started working for DHS/TSA-FEMA right after 9-11. The team I was assigned was on the road alot so going church was limited.
I fully retired in 2015. I joined the Medical Lake Community Church and became involved with the Men's group.
What is your experience with Zoweh events and/or resources? Only exposure was thru the book, "Heart of a Warrior"
I recieved an email with an invite to join the Wednesday Men's group.
How did you first connect with Jesus in a personal way? I walked down the aisle at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Altus OK back in 1966 and dedicated my life to follow the Lord.
Tell us about a time when you shared your Jesus story. I used to tell people How I became a believer as a teenager.
Recently I have changed it.
I tell people that I wake up every morning disappointed.
When they ask why, I tell them that I expect the Lord to take me while I sleep. But I wake up every morning.
Then God's voice speaks to me and says "I'm not done with you yet." Gives me goose bumps.
Explain your familiarity with the following terms: wounds, vows and agreements. As a retired USAF member I am very familiar with these terms.

We need to on vigil constantly. On guard and in God's word.
Give an example of how you have heard from God. When I was in the AF, I started going to college. I started taking course for a particular degree program.
I graduated and when I retired for the Air Force, I moved my family back to where I was raised.
I started looking for a job that matched my degree. I was extremely qualified. I could not get a job that matched my degree.
Then the Lord spoke to me. He asked me why I never consulted him about my degree.
I got my degree without once praying to him, if this was the degree that he had instore for me. Not once did I talk to God and ask if this was what he wanted me to do. I got my degree my way To this day I have never worked a single hour in the career of my degree.
