About 10 - 20 men meet at Four Winds Coffee and Tea for breakfast one day a week. We are called: Warriors at Heart Men's Ministry. We have a prayer time, then a Scripture reading, and then one of the selected "elders" will give a short talk on how he came to Christ or something similar. Then on Saturday morning we meet either at the Park (summer) or at one of the guys work place (winter) where there is a large conference table for up to 15 -20 guys. Topics vary as one leader brings a topic for discussion although if somebody has an issue... the topic can change and we then pray and encourage each other. Usually quite good stuff even if the structure is sometimes a bit random.
