Why are you interested in pursuing this initiative?:
I didn't have very many people or Godly men to lean on or go to when i was a young boy ,teenager or young man . i was in my mid 20s when i finaly got saved and by then i was already carrying a lot of baggage . I want to be able to help the younger men to not get so unoriented in their walk with Christ . To be the men God called us to be . 

Tell us about your family::
I'm the father of 2 and step father to 2 more and their all my kids.My wife and I also have 9 grandkids and 11 great grand kids .I try to set the example by the way i live my life before them .  

What is your experience with Zoweh events and/or resources?:
i am part of a life group with 5 other men we have been going through the Heart of a Warrior work book for almost a year now and it has been a great thing for me, i didn't realize how far off i was in several areas of my life and its good to have brothers you can count on to stand with you when life gets hard . 2 of the men i'm group with talked me into going to the weekend experiance this weekend which was my first time .

How did you first connect with Jesus in a personal way?:
my first encounter with Christ was with the birth of my daughter . i couldn't father kids and my wife couldn't bear children , she started going to church an got saved and started praying for a family . within a year she was pregnant and not long after i could not deny God must have a plan of some sort for me .

Tell us about a time when you shared your Jesus story.:
I've been blessed after i got saved my pastor and one of the elders did start to disciple me thats  where i learned to not only share my testomony. but to teach and preach. 
I work with a recovery program on friday nights and i have given my testomony there as well

Explain your familiarity with the following terms: wounds, vows and agreements.:
wounds things that you have experianced that hurt or did damage that you still carry around years later, they left scars 
vows things that you have declared over yourself  , or stated (i'll never do that or be that way)
agreements  when you have agreed with something about yourself good or bad . giving the enemy a foot hold into your life if its not true  

Tell us about a significant wounding moment that you experienced.:
My dad was quite the perfectionist nothing was good enough and i was always less than . Never making him proud or hearing good job son 

Explain your personal familiarity with spiritual warfare.:
spiritual warfare is prayer against powers and principalities , fasting praying for others , I have been  part of a deliverance ministy with my church for a few years . 

Give an example of how you have heard from God.:
i have heard God through his word , he has answered prayer IE my kids . I was on a mission trip a few years ago and he lead and guided me when praying for a crowd people it was like i could almost hear what they needed or needed to hear . 

Have you had any training in listening and/or engaging in another man's story?:
I am involved with a group of men now and we are engaged in each others stories . Sometime, most of the time we just need somebody to listen ,and to know we are not alone in our struggles . To know that we can can count on our brother to help hold us up when we're beet down .
