2. USE LICENSE
Zoweh Ministries, Inc. (“Zoweh”) hereby grants you permission to temporarily download one (1) copy of the materials (information or software) on Zoweh’s website, www.heartofawarriorbook.com, for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Zoweh’s website;

- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Zoweh at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you are required to destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
In no event shall Zoweh or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, or heartofawarriorbook.com, even if Zoweh or a Zoweh authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
In addition to the foregoing, you shall not, without the prior written consent of Zoweh:
- distribute, in any medium, any part of our products, services or Site content to any third-party;

5. PRODUCT RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Zoweh within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. Zoweh will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
6. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for events unless otherwise noted. You may cancel your registration and receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of your registration fee up to four (4) weeks prior to the date of the event. In the event that you cancel your registration less than four (4) weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the full registration fee. However, we live in the same world you do so please contact us with any concerns. You may donate your registration fee to the Aid Station to enable another person to attend the event (this is tax deductible), or you may transfer your registration fee to another event within the same calendar year or to another person (this is not tax deductible).
Cancellation by Zoweh Ministries
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government (including its agencies or officers), or any other cause beyond Zoweh’s control, we will cancel or postpone the event, in Zoweh’s sole and absolute discretion, and offer options to you to refund, donate, or transfer your Zoweh event registration fee.
