The Heart of a Warrior Encounter

More Than A Weekend Retreat, This Is An Experience To Change Your Life

What if there is more to the story of your life than you ever dared to believe?

The Heart of a Warrior Encounter is a weekend getaway that invites you to discover your place in God’s story — and your place in God’s heart. Through sessions featuring material from Michael Thompson’s book The Heart of a Warrior, powerful time alone with God, and opportunities to share the journey with other men, you are invited to recover the truth of your core identity, reclaim the lost ground your heart has experienced, and become the Kingdom warrior God always intended you to be.

The remedy for a wounded heart is an encounter with the God who sees you and loves what he sees.

Go beyond another task list or program to “try harder, do better.” During the Encounter weekend, you will be guided into spaces where you can discover how the wounds of the past impact the struggles of today, and you will learn how to invite God to bring restoration to your heart. You will return home equipped with the tools to continue living in a growth cycle of healing and training each day.
