The Zoweh Team is honored and excited that you have registered for The Deepening Weekend 2024! We have seen God move mightily in the hearts of women at our previous conferences, and are hopeful and expectant that He will again set many hearts free this weekend.
In the weeks leading up to The Deepening Weekend, we will send you a series of emails with details about the weekend, free time sign up opportunities, and any updates. In the meantime, check out the menu below for packing list, preparation details, and information on what to expect for your weekend experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at events@zoweh.org.
One of the most impactful ways to experience The Deepening Weekend is in the company of women with whom you are already sharing life. “Come with me,” is a powerful invitation. Share this link to the registration page with friends, other women in your small group, or women in your church. We’ve created some downloadable files for you to share.
If we can do anything to help you invite those who are on your heart, at your church or other ministry leaders or groups, and to set up a group name for your women to register with, please email sherry@zoweh.org.
There are three important things you'll need to complete in preparation for the event:
#1 READ (or reread!) at least one of these books to prepare your heart for the weekend:
- The Deepening Journey: A Six Session Video Series for Women
- You Are the Beloved on the Bible App
- The Sacred Romance by Brent Curtis
- Captivating by Staci & John Eldredge
- The Allure of Hope by Jan Meyers
- Becoming Myself by Staci Eldredge
- BraveHearts by Sharon Hersh
#2 RECRUIT your intercessory prayer team by asking them to sign up here. We strongly encourage you to recruit three family members or friends to sign up to pray for you before, during, and after the conference. We will email them a series of carefully written prayers specifically for your experience at the weekend.
#3 COMPLETE YoungLife’s online waiver here. This must be completed before arrival.

Medic Appointments
When was the last time you sat with a woman who was willing, longing to listen to your heart, thoughtfully engage, and pray with you?
Zoweh Medics are your sisters and fellow beloved daughters, who desire to hold the space as you share what’s on your heart and mind…what might be coming up for you throughout the weekend; allowing time to be curious, to pause and consider, and invite the Spirit to come and illuminate. The Medics are here for YOU. One-on-one appointments last about an hour and fifteen minutes, and are available Friday and Saturday during free time. Sign up at The Well.
Create a Keepsake Box
In this optional free time session, you’ll create a unique image on your own treasure box/keepsake box. Using a re-purposed cigar box, a page from an old book, paint, and paper, artist Tracey Penrod will lead you in finding a personal message through a process called blackout poetry. Next, you’ll add paint, a few pops of color, and a contour outline of a meaningful shape, maybe like a flower, heart, leaf, or butterfly. You decide! At the end of this creative free time, you will have revealed a new message to treasure without ever writing a word and you’ll have a new keepsake box for your treasures and favorite mementos. Friday & Saturday at 1:15 pm in Rockbridge Station. FEE: $20 for materials, payable in cash at the session; space is limited, sign up at The Well.
Yoga
Enjoy some Christ-centered, therapeutic yoga sessions where you can be free to let go and receive more of His love and goodness for you! Each one hour session will include movement, stillness, breathwork, and prayers/meditations. You will walk away feeling relaxed and lighter. Bring your favorite yoga mat (or towel), a bolster (or thick pillow), 2 blocks (or 2 thick books), and a strap (or towel/belt). A limited supply of these items will also be available. Fee: $15, payable in cash at the session; space is limited, location, times, details available on the signup sheets at The Well.
Flower Essences: Nurturing Emotional and Spiritual Wellness
Have you experienced the healing potential of flowers? With Valarie as you guide, come discover the gentle yet profound healing properties of flower essences in this empowering session. Flower essences are a natural remedy that work on the emotional and spiritual levels, offering support during times of stress, transition, and personal growth.
Together, we’ll learn how to choose and use flower essences to address issues such as anxiety, self-doubt, hormonal imbalances, and life transitions, create your own customized flower essence blend tailored to your personal needs, and experience reflective practices and conversations to foster a deeper connection to nature and to each other.
Whether you're new to flower essences or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll leave with practical tools, a renewed sense of empowerment, and a custom flower essence blend. Friday & Saturday at 2:30 pm in Skyline. FEE: $15 for materials, payable in cash at the session. Space limited, sign up at The Well.

Come cheer on the hearts around you. Any skill levels welcome. All equipment will be provided. Meets up the hill at location 4 on the map on Friday & Saturday 1:15-3:30 pm. Pay $15 at The Well, get your bracelet, and head up the hill!
Hike: Find Renewal through His Creation

Join Rita Sandoval (trail name: Love Muffin) for a hike on the trails of Rockbridge, inviting and allowing the awe and wonder of His creation to renew your heart, mind, spirit, soul, and body.
