Session 1 - Why Are We Here?

In this session, we will begin by exploring the beauty of why marriage is valuable in the Kingdom of God and what our hearts long for in marriage. We will also look at some of the basic assumptions that the Guide Team is making about the couples journeying through The Rendezvous Project.

Session 2: What Are We Up Against?

In this session, we’re going to talk about “where” you and your marriage are located -- the Larger Story your story is in -- and how the spiritual realm works, what the Kingdom of God is like.

Session 3: What is Intimacy?

We were made for relationship -- intimate relationship. At Zoweh, one of our four core pillars is Intimacy with God. In this session, we’re going to explore what true intimacy is: knowing and being known, by God and by your spouse.

Session 4: The Heart of a Woman

In this session, we’re going to discover the glory and beauty that God intended when he created Woman. Husbands, even though this session is specifically about women, we strongly encourage you to continue to stay engaged and takes notes.

Session 5: The Heart of a Man

In this session, we’re going to examine the core desires of a man’s heart, and the magnificent and glorious ways that God intends for Man to reflect His image. Wives, even though this session is specifically about men, we strongly encourage you to continue to stay engaged and takes notes.

Session 6: The True Self and False Self

In this session, we’re explore who we truly are and, more importantly, who we are not.

Session 7: What's Your Type?

In this session, we’ll continue discover more about who we are and who we are not by exploring how the Enneagram can help us in our journey to discover who we are, where we are, and the good that God is up to in our lives.

Session 8: Healing Part 1

In this session, we’re going to look at some of the wounds we’ve received in the past, and the vows and agreements we’ve made with them in order to make it through life. We’ll explore why being aware of a wound is not the same thing as being healed of it.

Session 9: Healing Part 2

In this session, we’re going to take our wounds to Jesus and discover how He can heal us -- what he has to say and what he invites you to believe about your heart, God’s heart, and the hearts of others.

Session 10: The Glory of Your Life

In this session, we’re going to explore the unique calling and glory God has for each of us. It’s time to find out what you’re really made of, and what is yours to bring to the world.

Session 11: Redemptive Parenting

In this session, we’re going to look at how a Redemptive Marriage can help us bring the Kingdom into our parenting and other relationships.

Session 12: Commissioning

In this final session, we bring The Rendezvous Project to a close, and pray a blessing over you, your spouse, your marriage, and the impact your marriage will have in the Kingdom.

Bonus Session: Redeeming Sex

In this session, we will guide couples through deep conversations about sexuality and desire in the context of Redemptive Marriage.

ATTENTION: This bonus session is frank and open, and includes the use of the anatomical names of the sex organs as well as an honest look at the impact of pornography. We strongly encourage couples to watch and talk about this session together, but recognize that this will not be appropriate for every group setting. Use your discretion.

Bloopers and Outtakes

We had fun making The Rendezvous Project, and we hope you enjoy seeing some behind the scenes outtakes.

Our desire is to help men and women experience more love, more life, and more freedom by enjoying more intimacy, oneness, and connectedness with God and others. Zoweh is a partner supported mission. We'd love for you to partner with us by starting a monthly gift.
