The Zoweh Team is honored that you would press into your story and journey with God with us through King Me Advance. This weekend is for men who have experienced The Heart of a Warrior Encounter or another boot camp style weekend and want to go deeper in their walk with God, with an emphasis on understanding and living their unique calling.

This event includes pre-event reading and assignments (details below). We trust you are prepared to do the preliminary work necessary to go deeper.

As you've likely experienced at The Heart of a Warrior Encounter, these steps toward life and freedom are violently and deeply opposed. Be on the lookout and don’t give up the precious ground that you’ve made by registering for King Me Advance. We have been and will continue to pray for you as the conference approaches.

THESE ASSIGNMENTS ARE MANDATORY AND ESSENTIAL to our time together during King Me Advance. PLEASE DOWNLOAD, COMPLETE, AND BRING THEM WITH YOU.

Some of these assignments will not take long to complete. Others are more robust and will require more time. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO GET STARTED. If you've been to Advance before, these assignments will be familiar, but there are new aspects. Please carefully read and follow all the instructions.

Pre-event Assigned Reading

Before arrival, we ask that you prepare your heart by reading these two daily devotionals.

King Me Advance builds on content from The Heart of a Warrior Encounter weekend and from these two books.

If you haven’t already read these books, please purchase and read/listen to them before King Me Advance. If you have read them, we invite you to refresh your heart with the themes and the important impressions they made on your heart.

The pre-weekend assignments and reading are critical to what God has for you at King Me Advance.

COMPLETE THE ASSIGNMENTS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. THERE WILL NOT BE TIME DURING THE WEEKEND TO CATCH UP ON MISSED ASSIGNMENTS.

There will be shuttle service from Missoula International Airport (MSO) to the event site on Thursday, October 2, and Sunday, October 5. The shuttle will operate within the following parameters:

ARRIVAL: Please arrive at MSO before 1:00pm Thursday, October 2, in order to secure a seat on the shuttle.

DEPARTURE: The shuttle will return to MSO no sooner than 12pm on Sunday, October 5. Please plan your departure time accordingly.

Once booked, please send your flight details to Sherry Jennings (events@zoweh.org) to ensure your place on the complimentary shuttle. For arrivals and departures outside of the time frames above, you will be responsible for booking a local shuttle service or uber.

On Thursday, October 2, the schedule is:

  • 2-6PM Arrive/Settle in
  • 6PM Dinner
  • 7PM Session

You've made all the arrangements to get away with God this weekend—take the time when you arrive to call your family and give them the CONFERENCE EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER (406) 360-0221, then turn your phone off and fully be present. When someone calls the emergency number, we will endeavor to get the message to the intended person as quickly as possible.

What's included/provided?

  • All meals from dinner Thursday to breakfast Sunday
  • Bedding and towels
  • Transportation via shuttle to/from MSO/event (within specified time frames)

What's NOT included/provided:

  • Transportation to/from MSO/event outside of specified time frames
  • Offsite activities

Please check the weather forecast before travel, as the temperatures and conditions can vary wildly during this time of year. Pack appropriate clothing/gear, especially if you plan to hike during free time. You are welcome to bring a few of your own snacks and bottled water for “in-between meals.”

Montana is one of the most stunning places in God’s creation, and we want to be sure you have time to explore and experience the beauty it has to offer. That being said, time is against us. With the intensity of the King Me Advance schedule, there will be approximately two hours of free time built into the schedule on Friday and Saturday. Hiking, fishing (in the creek and the pond), bicycling, cornhole, checkers, and simply napping by a campfire are all available on site.

If you’d like to trek down the road a mile or so and fish in the Bitterroot River, fishing from the bank and wading are options. You will need a Montana Fishing License (available online). Licenses are not required for fishing on the property. Some fishing gear will be available, but will be limited. If you plan to fish and have your own gear, consider bringing it.

We encourage and invite you to pray The Daily Prayer and The King Me Advance Conference Prayer leading up to the event.

We strongly encourage you to recruit three family members or friends who are willing to pray for you leading up to, during, and after the conference. Please invite them to register their names and their emails here so we can correspond with them just prior to and during the conference.

Father, you are my true father and the one who has brought me into your family through Christ, your son. I too am your son and receive all the work of Jesus on my behalf; Cross, Resurrection, and Ascension. Thank you for your grace and your love and for wanting me as yours. I open my heart to you now and through these days leading to The Heart of a Warrior Allies Advance Thank you for making me a Beloved Son and for revealing to me all that is wonderful, glorious, and significant about my place in your heart.

Jesus, thank you for coming for me, ransoming me, redeeming me, and now restoring me into the greatest version of myself—who you made me to be when you knew me before the foundations of the earth. I declare you are the King of my heart, the Good Shepherd, the Savior of my life, and I take my place now in your Life… you alone are Life. I give you my heart and all the hopes I have in this weekend. I give you my hurts, disappointments, and discouragement. Carry me to the weekend, Jesus. Prepare my heart for more of you and more of me—my true self, the Beloved Son of a good, good Father.

Holy Spirit, I give you my heart. Thank you for guiding me to this weekend away with you. I confess, I need you, Holy Spirit. Connect with my spirit in the deep places. I give you permission to prepare my heart for the days ahead and for the weekend to come. I need your guidance, counsel, teaching, and correction. Prepare my heart, Holy Spirit, for the weekend; prepare my eyes, ears, and heart to receive all you have for me that you would bring transformation and irreversible change to my life.

Dear God, Blessed Trinity; Father, Son and Holy Spirit, protect me from the evil one. I call forth the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ over my heart, my marriage, my family, my relationships, and all of my domain. I declare, this is a weekend set apart for my healing, training, and freedom and that Satan and the kingdom of darkness and all the fallen angels are defeated by the Cross and full work of Christ, and I take my place in the Cross declaring victory over the enemies of my heart and all their foul work set against me, my family, and my domain. I pray in and claim the day of reckoning where lies are replaced with the truth and freedom takes the place of any and all bondage. I take my place as a Beloved Son-Warrior Man of your Kingdom. With all its privileges and responsibilities, I prepare my heart to receive the fullness of who you made me and the authority which you want to entrust to me.

Father, send out your warring angels, dispatch the heavenly hosts to war for me and my second birth right. I bring my full heart and all of my domain—everywhere I have been given authority—under the provision and protection of the Lord Jesus Christ who has called me away for this weekend. I declare my freedom and these steps to freedom. I bring the authority, reign, and rule of the Lord Jesus Christ over my household, my finances, my relationship, my work, and all of my domain. I declare, Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I belong to God and all the riches and blessings He has set for me in Christ I now claim in the name and authority that is above every name, Jesus, my Savior and my King. Amen and AMEN!
